Tips:
- As usual with these types of sales, be there early to get the best pickings (di pa napagpilian yung mga paninda), and expect long lines.
- The best things to buy are things that you won’t need to wait in line at the fitting rooms to try on.
- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. If you are planning to buy clothes and shoes, make sure your clothes don’t make it difficult for you to try on the shoes and clothes you want to buy.
- Research! Mobile internet is your best companion, especially if you are faced with a good deal, but you’re not sure if it’s a good deal because you are not familiar with the specs of the item. Have a back up plan – “phone a friend” who can do the research for you if something goes wrong with your mobile internet.
- Expect mobile internet / free mall wifi to get slow because of the sheer number of people who might be trying to access the internet at SM Megamall.
- Bring a companion to help look for deals and to take turns waiting in line.
