I just saw a new promo from BPI Cards where you can get a P150.00 Starbucks Discount eCoupon for every P3,000 minimum single-receipt spend. This can only be used with Starbucks handcrafted beverages and add-ons.

Promo runs from March 18 to June 18, 2016.

This is a step up from their previous Jollibee and Chowking promos! However, the process to claim the Starbucks Discount eCoupon is a bit of a HASSLE. You have to register by sending an email or SMS and there’s a certain format you have to follow. To inquire about your coupons, you need to send an email to [email protected] and also follow a certain format.

Some positive changes that I want to highlight:

Cardholder may combine unlimited Starbucks Discount eCoupons!
Cardholder is allowed unlimited Starbucks Discount eCoupon redemptions per day, per store.
Cardholder can forward the Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) through SMS and/or e-mail to another person of his choice.

REDEMPTION MECHANICS

1. Cardholder may redeem the Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) from March 18 to August 18, 2016 at any participating Starbucks outlet nationwide. Cardholder without the Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) will not be allowed to redeem.

2. To redeem, cardholder must inform the Starbucks personnel the intent to use the Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) prior to order placement of the Starbucks hand-crafted beverage(s).

3. Each Starbucks Discount eCoupon can only be used once.

4. The Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) may ONLY be applied to Starbucks handcrafted beverages and add-ons.

5. Any amount in excess of the Starbucks Discount eCoupon’s face value (P150) shall be shouldered by the cardholder.

6. Cardholder may combine unlimited Starbucks Discount eCoupons to cover the full amount of the transacted Starbucks hand-crafted beverages and add-ons.

7. The Starbucks Discount eCoupon is not convertible to cash. Change will not be given for transactions less than the Starbucks Discount eCoupon’s face value (P150).

8. The Starbucks Discount eCoupon cannot be used in conjunction or combination with other Starbucks discounts or promotions, including and not limited to senior and handicap discounts.

9. Redemption is valid for Starbucks Store dine-in and take out only. Drive thru redemption is not allowed.

10. Cardholder is allowed unlimited Starbucks Discount eCoupon redemptions per day, per store.

11. Cardholder can forward the Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) through SMS and/or e-mail to another person of his choice.

12. All unredeemed Starbucks Discount eCoupon(s) outside the redemption period shall be forfeited.

13. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

14. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the redemption process of the Starbucks Discount eCoupons.
