You always need a water kettle. These things really boil water very quickly and are really useful!
I really like this Thermos because of the lid! It’s so difficult to find a good quality carafe with this kind of lid that I find easier to clean. The other types of carafe lids where you have to press a button so that the liquid will come out – I find them difficult to clean properly because there are parts that I just can’t reach unless I disassemble the lid, and oftentimes, the lids cannot be disassembled. Who knows if mold is growing inside already because of the moist environment, especially if you store sweet coffee or something with milk! The lid of this Thermos is very easy to clean, and that makes it a safe, hygienic choice!
This is the first time I have seen a glass steamer basket. It’s quite heavy, and it really does have holes just like any other steamer. But if you don’t want to use metal steamers that might give your food a metallic taste, now you know there is a glass alternative! 🙂
These cast iron pots and pans from Hamilton Beach remind me of Le Creuset. But if you can’t get Le Creuset, this is a good choice, and much more affordable, too!
