Racks recently introduced their Racks Club Card, and it will surely keep you going back to Racks because of all the perks!
I took the family to dinner at Racks last weekend, armed with my new Racks Club Card. So what is the Racks Club Card and what do you get?
RACKS CLUB CARD
You can get the Racks Club Card at any Racks branch for P399, but you get so much more in return:
- Buy 1 Take 1 on Quarter Classic Ribs (for every 1 order of quarter rack Classic Ribs and a soup, you’ll get another order of Quarter Classic Ribs, including the 2 sidings, FREE!)
- 20% OFF on other items on the menu (not including the quarter classic ribs and soup that you used to get the Buy 1 Take 1 perk above)
- FREE Onion Bricks (coupon) – worth P255
- FREE Mississippi Mud Pie (coupon can be used on your birthday month) – worth P245
- Earn Points! Every P100 spent earns you 1 point that you can use to claim more rewards in the future.
So, you’re actually getting more than the P399 you paid for the card! Not only do you get P500 (P255 + P245 = P500) worth of freebies, you get Buy 1 Take 1 on Classic Pork Ribs and 20% OFF other orders!
You can use your Racks Club Card every day! The only limit they have is a max of 2 times use per day.
To get the Racks Club Card, just fill up the registration form, pay P399 and that’s it! The Racks Club Card is valid for 1 year.
OUR ORDERS + DISCOUNTED BILL
For our group of 3, we ordered 2 quarter rack Classic Pork Ribs and 2 Clam Chowders. This gives us an additional 2 quarter rack Classic Pork Ribs FREE! We got a total of 4 Quarter Rack Classic Pork Ribs and 8 sides. I really thought we could finish our individual orders and then share the fourth one. 
We also ordered a third soup (Mushroom Soup, P145), and a Classic Ceasar Salad (P345). We got both at 20% OFF! (P145 + P345 = P490. P490 x 20% = P98.00 discount).
We claimed our FREE Onion Brick. We also claimed our FREE Mud Pie. Since my birthday is in July, it’s too long to wait, so we just put the card in my sister’s name because her birthday is in September 🙂
A quarter rack Classic Pork Ribs order is P385 and includes your choice of garlic or cornbread and any 2 regular side dishes. This is the same thing we got for free! 🙂
For soup, there are 3 choices:
- Homestyle Mushroom (P145)
- Clam Chowder (P155)
- Chunky Chili (P165)
I like them all, but I’m partial to the mushroom 😀 The clam chowder is also delicious and full of clams and vegetables, but heavy on the celery. I don’t mind it, but some people might not like celery, so just FYI. Whenever we go to Racks I tend to switch between ordering the mushroom and the clam chowder.
As usual, the Classic Pork Ribs were fall off the… well, actually, they didn’t have any bones and were all tender, juicy meat! 
I thought the ribs would contain some bones because our usual orders at Racks had the rib bones, but no, they were pure meat and ended up being more filling than we expected, which is great!
It was a lot of food just for the 3 of us! We made a good dent but we ended up taking home the fourth order of Quarter Rack Classic Pork Ribs, half of the Onion Brick, and the Mud Pie. We were too full to eat the Mud Pie 
Don’t worry, because we ate all our take home. I ate the fourth ribs (transferred to a glass Lock & Lock container and refrigerated) a few days later with rice, and it was soooo good with rice! It’s still juicy, and after heating, the small amount of fat on the ribs melted and were absorbed by the rice. Now, as I’m writing this, I’m looking at Racks’ menu online and wondering why rice isn’t included in the list of sides. Since we forgot to remind the waiter to pack some of Racks’ sauce for our takeout, I ended up putting a few drops of Worcestershire instead. I like this ribs + rice combo so much that next time at Racks, I plan on asking if I can order extra rice 😀
The Mud Pie was extremely chocolaty and fudgy, and I actually prefer it cold!

SUMMARY
It’s worth getting the Racks Club Card, especially if you like their Classic Pork Ribs! You get so much more value in return than the price of the card. You get P500 worth of food for FREE, basically unlimited Buy 1 Take 1 on their Classic Pork Ribs, and 20% OFF everything else on your bill. Not only that, you also earn points that you can use to claim more rewards on your future visits! All for just P399. Sulit!
