Philippine Airlines Updates Baggage Allowance for Domestic Flights

Philippine Airlines is updating its free baggage allowance for domestic flights.

The new baggage allowance figures are 10kg for Budget Economy, 20kg for Regular Economy, and 25kg for Premium Economy.

The changes took effect on February 9, 2015. Tickets issued prior to February 9 will retain their original baggage allowance as reflected in their ticket.

This is actually an improvement over the previous free baggage allowance – where Budget Economy tickets did not include checked-in luggage, and Regular and Premium Economy tickets were given 10 and 20 kg free baggage allowance, respectively.
