NEW ICE CREAM FLAVORS AT ICE N CREAM
Novotel’s ice cream parlor called Ice N Cream also has some new ice cream flavors! They have new ice cream flavors for you to try, they are:
- Holiday BAEbingka – a bibingka ice cream that has real cheese and salted egg. I learned that making this flavor is a labor of love. The staff have to start working on it at 3am, and they only finish at 4pm! It’s something you have to try at least once, because who knows when a bibingka-flavored ice cream will be available again? Of the three flavors we tried, this was the favorite of most.
- You’ve Stollen My Heart – inspired by the Christmas bread Stollen. It tastes like light fruit cake and rum raisin. 😀
- REDdy to Jingle – inspired by red wine. This tastes like mulled wine in ice cream form. It has that tartness from red wine, but is also sweet and aromatic with warm spices like cinnamon, cloves, etc…
I highly recommend trying out Novotel’s ice creams because they have unique flavors, and they change up some flavors every few months. If you’re in the QC area, the Ice N Cream booth is a good place to get dessert and unwind after a meal if you’re still not in the mood to go home or when there are still too many stories to gossip about! 🙂
They also offer holiday breads like gingerbread house, stollen, fruitcake, panetonne, etc…
