I was invited to witness Kojie.san’s Command Beauty launch last night at the Marriott Grand Ballroom.
It was a big budget event with spectacular show numbers, including songs from Asia’s Got Talent second runner up Gerphil Flores, a effects-filled dance number to Blackpink’s Kill This Love, and a rockin’ dance performance by Kojie.san Senior Brand Manager Jann Kelcey Chua.
Command Beauty
Beauty Elements Ventures, Inc. (BEVi) went all out in launching their expansion. Their tagline is COMMAND BEAUTY, which means that every woman has the right to set her own beauty standards, define beauty for herself – to look the way she wants, to feel the way she wants, and to have confidence in herself regardless of social pressure.
They introduced new product lines to their supporters and business partners:
Defensil – BEVi’s line of “defense” products that include a line of isopropyl alcohol products to defend against germs
Life by Kojie.san – a range of cosmeceuticals or lifestyle-oriented food supplements that includes a Gluthathione Anti-Oxidant Drink infused with fermented pomegranate, Acai berry extract, and vitamins
Breedwinner – they are even entering the pet care category! Their first product is the Top2Tail 2-in-1 Shampoo + Conditioner that is gentle for pets and pet owners, too!
They also introduced a men’s line, and other lines called Pureganics and Bellic.
We were told the story of how Kojie.san started in 2004 with just a simple orange soap in Binondo. Now, BEVi has grown so much that they built all-new state of the art manufacturing facilities and are now exporting products to countries with large Filipino communities.
They plan to take command not just of the beauty industry, but also plans to expand into real-estate management, as well.
Although I rotate between several soap brands, but Kojie.san’s original orange soap has been part of the my “skin whitening” maintenance routine. I find that it helps maintain any skin whitening I have done and makes my skin color look natural. It is also one of the more affordable, effective skin whitening soaps out there (we always stock up when they have promos).
