There’s going to be a Midnight Madness Sale at the Glorietta this weekend!
The Midnight Madness Sale will be from Friday – Sunday, May 29 – 31, 2015!
SUMMER SURPRISE RAFFLE PROMO
MECHANICS:
1. This Promo is valid for Cash and Credit Card Transactions.
2. For every P1, 000.00 worth of receipts (single receipts) from any Glorietta 1 to 5, 6750 and The Link merchants from May 29-31, 2015 entitles the shopper to one (1) raffle coupon for the Midnight Raffle Promo.
3. Shoppers whose purchases were made through credit and debit cards, and swiped through a BPI terminal entitles the shopper to two (2) raffle coupons for the Midnight Raffle Promo.
4. Shoppers can exchange their receipt/s to raffle coupon/s and drop at the Midnight Madness Booth located in Glorietta 4 behind the Concierge desk. Raffle coupons must be filled out with complete name, address and contact details (Home and Mobile Number, and email address). Only completely filled raffle coupons shall be included in the raffle draw.
5. A Maximum of ten (10) raffle coupons shall be given per shopper for single/accumulated receipt/s received amounting to P10,001.00 and above.
6. Last day of submission of entries is on the closing of the mall on May 31, 2015, 9PM.
7. Raffle draw shall be under the supervision of a DTI representative:

8. Prize at stake are:

9. The following are the terms and conditions:
a. All taxes (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
10. The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
11. A participant may only win once. If drawn twice participant will receive prize of higher value.
12. Winner shall be notified via registered mail, email, and telephone call, and their names shall be posted at the Ayala Malls Website and Events Box of the Ayala Malls Entertainment Page in the Philippine Daily Inquirer and the Philippine Star.
13. Winners may claim their prizes at the Glorietta Administration Office, Ground Floor, Glorietta 2, Ayala Center Makati.
14. In claiming their prizes, winner/s must present the Notification Letter from Ayala Malls, claim stub and any valid identification card with photo issued by the government or the Integrated Bar of the Philippines or the Professional Regulation Commission.
15. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from notification or it will be forfeited in favor of Ayala Malls with prior approval of DTI.
16. Ayala Malls reserves the right to validate the receipts. Receipts that are defaced, crumpled, tampered or receipts lesser than ¾ its actual size will not be honored.
17. All employees of Ayala Land Inc., their merchants, maintenance, security agencies, employees of the merchants, its advertising and promotional agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
18. Split redemptions for this promo will not be allowed.
19. Promo period is from May 29-31, 2015.
