Eye Mo is Back!

If you have been missing the popular eyedrop product, it’s now back in the Philippines and has been back since January of this year.

Eye Mo relaunched their popular eye solution at a media event yesterday, and I was excited to learn all about Eye Mo because I have been suffering from blurry vision after prolonged gadget use. I was hoping that Eye Mo can help me with this problem.

SIGNS OF EYERITATIONS

  • Red Eyes – usually caused by allergy, dirt, pollution, smoke or common eye infections; most common among people who have high exposure to outdoor activities such as motorcycle riders and commuters
  • Watery Eyes – excessive tearing that is not caused by normal crying may be a sign of an underlying health condition. When too many tears are being secreted, it is often because of irritation or inflammation of the surface of the eye that can also be caused by external elements
  • Sore Eyes – usually caused by staring into a computer screen or a book for too long
  • Itchy Eyes – often caused by allergies; can also occur when there is constant exposure to household elements such as mold and dust
  • Dry Eyes – this condition is common to people who have high exposure to gadgets, TVs, laptops, and those working in air-conditioned rooms; lack of tears or moisture in the eyes is also common as we age

What’s the difference between the RED and the BLUE Eye Mo?

The red Eye Mo is a vasoconstrictor that uses Tetrahydrozoline HCl to relieve red and itchy eyes. You can use it up to 3-4 times a day for up to 3 days. If your eye irritation doesn’t clear up by then, it’s time to visit an eye doctor.

The blue Eye Mo is a moisturizing formula that uses Hypromellose, a gentle lubricant to refresh dry eyes. You can use it as often as every day, 3-4 times daily as needed.

Once opened, each bottle is effective for 30 days. It doesn’t go bad after 30 days, and you can still use it if you want to without any harmful effects, but the effectiveness of the product is slightly diminished.

BLURRY VISION?

My main concern was relieving my blurry vision after prolonged gadget use. We were all given a blue Eye Mo and a red Eye Mo.

I used the blue Eye Mo and it really helped with my blurry vision. My eyes felt lubricated and not so dry, and very relieved! Another advice that we were given was the 20-20-20 rule, which says that every 20 minutes of gadget use (or working on a computer), focus your eyes on something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

The blue Eye Mo is now permanently situated on my work desk.

In our daily life in this modern age, we spend hours looking at some sort of screen every day – our smartphones, tablets, laptops, monitors, TVs, etc… If you have started to suffer from eye strain from staring at all these screens, I highly recommend checking out the blue Eye Mo.
