A few weeks ago, I received a package of Whitening & Moisturizing Essence Facial Mask from Dr. Morita to test.

I put on a mask before bed on Monday night for 15 minutes.
The facial mask pack has 2 sheets – the softer sheet is the actual mask, and the other, rougher sheet is there to make application easier to keep the thin facial mask sheet from tearing. Before throwing the rough sheet away, I wiped it on my elbows and feet since the sheet still had a lot of essence.
The pack has a lot of essence inside. After using the actual facial mask sheet on the first night, I didn’t throw the package away since it still had a lot of essence! Just make sure to keep it securely and keep it in a clean condition.
For the next few nights, I just kept getting from the remaining essence in the pack to apply on my face, using clean fingers. I did not even use any night moisturizer anymore — just the essence! And I was surprised that it was only used up on Friday night! So, one pack actually lasted me 5 days!
On first application, the mask did sting just a tiny bit but I’m not sure if it’s just the cold that I felt. However, for the next few applications of essence only, there was no stinging at all.
I also liked how the mask sheet fits my face well. With other masks, the placement of the holes for the eyes, nose and mouth sometimes don’t fit my face very well – sometimes the mouth is too low or the nose is too long.
RESULTS:
Since my skin felt starved of moisture from another skincare line I was testing, I immediately noticed the big difference in my skin on the first morning. My skin looked smoother and plumper, with a more even skin tone.
The next 4 days of use just maintained this. Can you imagine not having to use any other moisturizing product at all at night and still getting these results? I also did not have any negative reaction to using the essence for 5 nights straight. I started to get a few pimples but I’m not really sure if it was from the mask or from the stress and dust and lack of sleep from having our kitchen renovated. I think it was from the stress.
SUMMARY
This mask is great as a rescue for dull, dry skin. Before I started using the mask, I noticed that my skin was starting to look dull and definitely un-radiant! Usually, it takes many days of using my regular moisturizers and good sleep and no stress to get my skin back to radiance, but the Dr. Morita Whitening & Moisturizing Essence Facial Mask did this very quickly!
