Last Wednesday night, Cream Silk launched their latest variant for their Triple Keratin Rescue line.
Filipinas love to color their hair. Some just want to change their look. I, on the other hand, need to constantly color my hair to cover my white hair. I don’t know if it was caused by sleeping with wet hair when I was younger, or if it’s a lifestyle issue, but I started getting white hair in my late 20s. I know someone who had white hair while still in high school! I’d say it was genetics but my mom still has very black hair even in her 60s, with only very few strands of white!
Anyway, I color my hair constantly, and it is taking a toll on my hair. My hair used to be soft and silky, and now my hair is dry and looks like walis tambo. This was all about making a bold statement featuring chic, fashionable pieces.
Brown Room
This had a nail lounge where guests can get their nails painted 🙂 It’s not just our hair we’re coloring, we love coloring our nails, too!
Multitone Room
This had a hairstyling booth where guests can have their hair styled.
I got stuck in traffic when the heavens opened up and dumped rain on Metro Manila, but luckily, I still made it! Yes, I got rained on 😀 Cheers!
I’ve already used my Cream Silk Triple Keratin Rescue Ultimate Color Revive twice since the launch (lol, the name is so long!). It smells great and I feel like it is conditioning my hair really well and helping my colored hair look shinier and less brassy. My hair feels really soft and silky!
Also, since it’s sulfate-free, it should help keep my hair color longer – meaning I don’t have to color my hair so soon! That is less damage for my hair, too!
