Chili’s annual burger day is on its 11th year. This year, you’ll be able to get your hands on their Big Mouth Craft Burgers for only P200! Yes, the P500 burgers are only P200 for one day, and you also get a glass of Pepsi with it!
There will be 3 Craft Burgers available on Chili’s Burger Day 2018:
- Southern Smokehouse Burger – Cheddar cheese, bacon, crispy onion rings and Chili’s Signature Sauce. Served with a side of Chili’s classic BBQ sauce.
- Oldtimer – A Chili’s classic! Hand-seasoned beef patty, seared to perfection. Served with red oion and mustard. There’s an option to add cheese and to add chili.
- Classic Bacon Burger – Topped with crispy bacon, red onion, aged cheddar cheese and Chili’s Signature sauce.
I was invited to a blogger preview where I tried the Classic Bacon Burger. At first, I thought it was going to be too big for me to finish, so I cut it in half… and then I saw the thick, juicy beef patty and I was lost… and I finished the whole burger. I mean, how can I say no to this?
Check out how thick that beef patty is! And you know what else I loved about this beef patty? There’s no gristle! Walang litid. 
The beef patty is cooked perfectly medium. It tastes cooked (it’s not raw at all), but still looks pink, and it’s so juicy you’d think there’s beef soup dripping on to your burger bun! I’m sure you can request for your beef patty to be cooked according to your preference, but this is perfect for me 🙂
The bun is a potato bun – this makes the bread lighter and fluffier than conventional bread buns.
